Founding beta — terms & disclaimer

Last updated June 20, 2026

Plain language, no fine-print games. Finisdom is operated by Finisdom Technologies Ltd. By becoming a founding member you agree to the following, which sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. The founding offer

The founding offer is a one-time payment of $100 (USD) for lifetime access to Finisdom for one person. “Lifetime” means for as long as Finisdom continues to operate as a service — your founding access does not expire on a schedule and is never converted to a recurring subscription.

Founding access is personal and non-transferable: one account, one person. The founding price is locked for you and will not increase, even after standard subscription pricing begins for new members.

The founding cohort is limited. Joining the list reserves your place in line; a spot is confirmed only once payment is completed.

2. This is beta software

Finisdom is an early-stage product provided “as is” and “as available.” It will have rough edges, occasional downtime, and bugs. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the product evolves, and we make no guarantee that any specific feature will remain available.

By joining as a founding member you accept that you are getting in early — that is the trade for the founding price and your influence over the roadmap.

3. Not investment advice

Finisdom is an analysis and monitoring tool. It is not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and nothing in the product is personalized investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.

Finisdom never executes orders and never tells you what to buy or sell. Every allocation, plan, signal, score, or “proposed plan” it produces is a simulation and an informational illustration for your own decision-making. Using Finisdom does not create an advisory or fiduciary relationship of any kind.

You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Consider consulting a licensed financial professional before acting on anything you see here.

4. Market data and backtests

Market and macro data is drawn from third-party and public sources. It may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and is provided for your personal, informational use only — not for redistribution.

All performance figures, backtests, stress tests, and optimizations are hypothetical illustrations based on historical data. Hypothetical and backtested results have inherent limitations and do not represent actual trading. Past or simulated performance is not a guarantee of, and may differ materially from, future results.

5. No guarantee of results

Finisdom is built to help you understand and manage risk — not to promise winners. We make no representation that using it will be profitable or will prevent losses. You bear full responsibility and risk for any decision you make.

6. Refunds

If Finisdom is not for you, email us within 14 days of receiving your access link for a full refund of the founding payment. After 14 days the founding payment is non-refundable.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finisdom and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of the product. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it.

8. Your account

Keep your login credentials secure and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend access for abuse, attempts to disrupt the service, or violation of these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms or the service over time; material changes will be posted here with a new date. If we ever discontinue Finisdom entirely, we will give founding members reasonable notice.
